Friedman Marketing has created a special field control center in our Harrison, New York office. You can work with one central field expert who can coordinate all the field aspects of your research project.

Depending on your specific needs, this central person can develop field instructions, brief all the markets on a study, maintain an ongoing status disposition for all the markets, reporting back to you or your designate with a single, cumulative report, and then deliver either the completed questionnaires or a data tape.

We are not limited to completing work exclusively within our own facilities. Through our field control center, we have the ability to field work with other, well-screened, qualified field services as well as over 150 personally trained interviewers.

Our field control center is comprised of experts who are experienced at both the field service and research company ends of the business. This combined expertise makes us uniquely qualified to handle your needs.

There is a small administrative charge for this service that is built into your CPI at the time of your bid. The added cost to you for this service is more than offset by the ability to free-up the people at your company to perform more important tasks.
