Friedman Marketing can offer you the services that you would find at a full-service research facility, but with Friedman, you pay for only the services that you need. Beginning with advice on methodology and questionnaire design, we can provide typing, printing, complete fieldwork - including briefing - and quality control. We have internal coding and data processing operations. We can do your survey on paper or on our new computerized interviewing system with multimedia capabilities. In the near future, we will be able to offer internet research services as well. You can pick and choose those services that you require and save money by only paying for what you need.

Quality:

Friedman Marketing has a number of quality control measures in place to ensure the quality of your data. We have a multilevel editing system. We conduct your studies in facilities that are constantly monitored for quality and are periodically "mystery shopped" by independent sources. We carefully train our interviewers on your study in addition to our extensive interviewer training program. A percentage of your interviews are validated on site and 20% of your interviews are further validated by an alternate source. If any problems are detected, those surveys are immediately replaced and the market's validation increases to 100%.

Location, Location, Location:

We can cover the United States. Friedman Marketing has over 25 mall locations throughout the United States. If there is a location that you need that is not covered by one of our facilities, we can use our extensive resources to field your study wherever you want it throughout the U.S.

Variety:

Our specialty at Friedman Marketing is face-to-face interviewing through mall intercept, but we also have the ability to do your work door-to-door or as a pre-recruit. We specialize in product placements, sensory testing, advertising testing and tracking, and most forms of consumer and social research requiring one-on-one interaction with or without visual stimuli. We also have focus group facilities if you need them.
