We send our Field Manager out in the field prior to the start of a study to familiarize themselves with the interviewing environment and meet property contacts /manager. We also have our Field Managers in the field during a study to monitor quality control and respondent traffic. These procedures are essential to ensure efficient production and high quality data collection while on-site.
